Koralli – surgical sinks

We manufacture ready-to-install surgical sinks for hospitals.

Surgical handwashing

Surgical handwashing and disinfection prevent infections occurring in the operating area by removing temporary impurities from the hands of health care sector personnel. Surgical handwashing should include all of the hand and lower arm, extending up to the elbow.

Another important aspect of surgical handwashing is having the correct tools available as this makes the day-to-day life of operating room staff significantly easier. Koralli-Tuote produces surgical sinks to make such routines easier, with the dimensions, ergonomic design and hygienic structure all developed in collaboration with health care sector personnel.

Koralli’s surgical sinks are supplied ready to install, and can be installed individually or as a group of several sinks.

The dimensions, ergonomic and hygienic design of Module 1 A 8 surgical sinks have been developed in collaboration with health care sector personnel.

Features


The sink is delivered ready to install. The sink can be installed individually or as a group of several sinks. It is recommended that a minimum gap of 100 mm is left between sinks. The installation height can be anywhere from 800 to 1000 mm, depending on the needs of the user.

Included with the sink are the relevant fixings, a basket waste valve and a drain trap.

Structure, materialThe basin is made of thermoformed Corian, allowing for a seamless finish. The structure of the unit ensures the surfaces are hygienic and easy to clean. The supporting structure is made of stainless steel piping.
ColoursColours from the Corian colour range on request. Different colours can be used for the sink and the sink top.
InstallationThe sink is attached to the wall structure with one support. Installation instructions and a scale illustration of the locations of the fixings are included with the sink.
ConnectionsStandard drain connection. The sink must be equipped with a wall-mounted tap.
